This Privacy Policy explains how Julianna Sophia, a trading name of Veyra Group, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit or place an order on juliannasophia.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of your order. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we collect device and browsing information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and the pages you view. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.

Julianna Sophia is operated by Veyra Group, registered in the Netherlands, and some of our service providers are located outside your country. When personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep order and transaction data for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Customer service correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Marketing communications

We send marketing emails only to people who have signed up for them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by email. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional emails about orders you have already placed.
